Full payment is required at time of booking and should be made through the Z Tours website.
Bookings for travel arrangements will not be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
No contract between the client and Z Tours will come into effect until Z Tours issue a booking confirmation by email.
When the booking form and we payment are received, our office will send a confirmation by email for the transfer or tour and the exact dates and times of our service.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide us with the correct details at time of booking. Please make sure they are correct.
All bookings are governed by Greek law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Z Tours by email as soon as possible as to reach a resolution while the guest is in resort.
Z Tours will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its contractual obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. (Force Majeure)
The durations of all transfers are representative of the driving time in average driving and traffic conditions.
For services beginning from accommodation, please ensure that you are waiting at the appointed meeting point.
For services beginning from the airport, please make sure to meet the driver at the appointed meeting point. If you arrive earlier than the arranged time, please remain at the meeting point or get in touch with us for further instructions.
Z Tours is not responsible for any articles forgotten or lost in the vehicles. Please make sure you have all your belongings when exiting the vehicle!
Z Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel any tours at short notice. In this case, you will have the option to join the same tour at an alternative date and time or to receive a refund.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
7 days prior to reservation, Z Tours will refund 100% the total amount billed.
48 hours prior to reservation, Z Tours will refund 50% of the total amount billed.
24 hours prior or in case of no show, Z Tours will not refund any portion of the amount billed.
